Alabama’s New Safer Apart Order

You may have seen that Alabama has lifted all safety protocols in place for COVID-19. According to, the new Safer Apart order “strongly encourages” personal responsibility to slow the spread of COVID-19. Included are recommendations to maintain 6 feet of separation, staying home if sick and washing hands frequently. It also “strongly encourages” people to wear masks, even though the state’s order requiring facial coverings will be allowed to expire Friday, April 9th at 5 p.m.

What does this mean for you?

To protect both our clients and our staff, True40 will still be enforcing the use of masks while in the studio. You can take your mask off once you get to your station and then put it back on once class is over. The majority of our staff is in the process of or have already been vaccinated. If you need help scheduling a vaccine, please reach out to us!

When will class sizes increase?

We are working on a plan to slowly transition back to full capacity classes. As always, your health is our top priority. We will start by offering a few classes a week at full capacity and then go from there! For updates and important dates, please follow us on Instagram@true40downtown_bham.
