Elizabeth is an Auburn native in her third year at Harrison School of pharmacy. She’s a former collegiate track athlete who has always had a passion for fitness and being active. Elizabeth started attending classes in 2019 and instantly fell in love with True40 auburn culture. Her enjoyment of the fitness atmosphere led her to becoming an instructor in June 2019. Paige grew up in North Alabama and has an education degree from UAH. She moved to Auburn five years ago after her Auburn grad husband of nine years finished Physical Therapy school and took a job on the plains. Paige began at True 40 just after it opened as a way to honor her body, have a mommy break and some me time. After spending two years in the studio and taking over 250 classes, she transitioned into instructing in the Fall of 2018.

Kolby is originally from Monroeville, AL. She moved to Auburn five years ago for undergrad at Auburn University and is currently in her second year of grad school studying Speech-Language Pathology. She has worked in almost every position at True40, including childcare, front desk, and now instructor! True40 has truly transformed the way she views self-image, fitness, and overall health and well being.

Kristin is from Memphis, TN and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Exercise Science. She lives in Auburn with her husband, 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son, along with their Chocolate lab. One of the original instructors, Kristin has been with True40 since it’s conception in January of 2016 and has served as a Master Trainer!
