The True40® Studio method is a fusion of high-intensity, low-impact strength training that is inspired by barre, functional strength training, Pilates, and yoga.
Classes range from 45-60 minutes, and offer both modifications and challenges, so that you can move in a way that is true to YOUR body. This means that our classes are also safe for pregnancy, postpartum, and injury-recovery.
Through empowering instructors, and movements tailored to the beat of the music, the True40® Studio method is a true celebration of movement.
Our signature 60-minute class. A modern fusion of strength training, cardio, barre, Pilates, and yoga designed to balance and strengthen the whole body, safely. You’ll use TRX straps, Pilates balls, barre, light weights, gliders, and yoga straps.
A 50-minute version of our signature class, designed for those clients who are pressed for time. You can still expect a full-body, balanced workout experience to align you with your highest self.
This 45-minute class is designed to keep clients’ heart rates high throughout, while still offering a safe, balanced, full-body workout. We strongly recommend that clients take at least two True40® Fusion Classes before taking a cardio class.
In offering a scientifically sound workout that is accessible to all. We thoughtfully program our classes to work opposing muscle groups, which improves strength and mobility throughout the body. We strive to connect you with your body, creating body awareness and appreciation of movement.
We always begin our classes with a sweaty, dynamic warmup to safely prepare your body for class, while revving your heart rate and setting an intention. Throughout class, we focus on core strength, building from the body’s foundation. We combine small movements, isometric holds, and large range movements to build
elasticity, strength, endurance, and mobility throughout class. We program our classes in a way that intentionally continues the burn long after you leave the studio. We come back to ourselves at the end of class with a yoga-inspired stretch to find complete balance mentally, spiritually, and physically. You’ll leave feeling empowered, encouraged, and powerful.
