1 lb bangles in heather grey. These weighted bracelets can be worn on the ankles or wrists and adjusted to fit as you'd like. Sold in pairs, the Bala Bangles are lightweight but add a level of intensity to any activity by increasing the load. We love them in class and on walks!
We recommend cleaning the loop and hook fastener regularly with a toothbrush, fine toothed comb, strong tape, or tweezers. Hand wash the band and bars with an all natural cleaner. Use a cloth with water or mild soap – dish or hand soap works great! Let it air dry completely.
