The True40® Studio method is a fusion of high-intensity, low-impact strength training that is inspired by barre, functional strength training, Pilates, and yoga.
Classes range from 45-60 minutes, and offer both modifications and challenges, so that you can move in a way that is true to YOUR body. This means that our classes are also safe for pregnancy, postpartum, and injury-recovery.
Through empowering instructors, and movements tailored to the beat of the music, the True40® Studio method is a true celebration of movement.
The true40
workout
Class formats
Our signature 60-minute class.
A modern fusion of strength training, cardio, barre, Pilates, and yoga designed to balance and strengthen the whole body, safely. You’ll use TRX straps, Pilates balls, barre, light weights, gliders, and yoga straps.
True40® Fusion Class:
A 50-minute version of our signature class.
A class designed for those clients who are pressed for time. You can still expect a full-body, balanced workout experience to align you with your highest self.
True40® Express Class:
This 45-minute cardio class.
This class is designed to keep clients’ heart rates high throughout, while still offering a safe, balanced, full-body workout. We strongly recommend that clients take at least two True40® Fusion Classes before taking a cardio class.
True40® cardio Class:
Do you live somewhere without a local True40, or are you a member but will be traveling or busy? Stay connected to our True40 Family through our On Demand page!
We have more than 100 classes in our library with different lengths and formats, so you can choose what you specifically need!
You can purchase one class for $5, or a month of unlimited access to our entire library for $25.
