MEET THE FOUNDER

Meet Allie Weingarten, owner/founder and boss babe.

Allie graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Auburn University and founded True40 Studio as a way to combine her two passions: community and fitness. Starting in 2016 with the flagship studio in Auburn, Alabama, True40 caught on fast earning the Best of Small Business Award in Auburn within its first year of business. In 2017, True40 received the honor of top 10 Best of Small Business for the state of Alabama. True40 has become a nationwide wellness movement, empowering women across the Southeast and beyond.

Allie loves the idea of helping women follow their passion and become entrepreneurs, launching the business as a franchise in early 2019. Allie has been featured in several podcasts and print features, and speaks regularly on the importance of being true to you. Fitness lover, business woman and new mom, Allie is passionate about cultivating community and empowering women. Allie still loves teaching classes across all True40 studios.
