we are more than a fitness studio

Yes, you’ll start a fulfilling career that financially supports you, and you’ll offer a one-of-a-kind, full body fusion workout. But beyond that, you will foster a community of clients and staff, and equip them to identify and become the truest, highest version of themselves. While we offer an incredible workout, the magic is in our community, both in your studio and as part of our intentional network of studio partners supported by our Corporate team. Our CEO was True40’s first franchisee - so she is in a unique position to understand your perspective and forge a collaboration with your best interest in mind. Your voice matters and will be heard as we move into this new era of True40 together.

We believe there is magic in being a small, intentional company. While we do want to grow into a nationally-recognized fitness brand, we are passionate about building a studio partner team who shares our intention to spread body love through movement to communities across the country, and offering them personalized support while doing so. Our entire Corporate team is able to spend quality time with our studio partners to ensure their success. We are committed to protecting our magic, and plan to grow the right way.

BEST JOB EVER! True40 has always been a part of my heart as a client, but becoming a franchise owner and taking on this role to transform the perspective of fitness and community is unlike anything else. True40 is truly guided by special hands and being a major part of this, through ownership, will transform not only YOU but your community, too!

Ask a partner

why did you want to become a True40 studio partner?

After being an instructor at the Auburn studio for 3 years, I began to pray about purchasing the studio. However, I needed some time to spend with my family after being a full-time elementary teacher for several years. In January 2023 I started the purchase process, and I'm so thankful for the Lord's timing in all of this!

what has been your experience been like so far?

So far it has been a whirlwind of to-do lists and thoughts of "I can't believe I get to do this!" Being the studio owner and leader of our amazing staff brings me joy beyond any words I can come up with. I love this place and these people!

what is most important to you as a studio owner?

Building up our True40 community and family is my top priority. I want everyone to feel included and part of our team. Although I'm an introvert, I do love event planning and getting people together. Good quality time is one of my main love languages, and I'm looking forward to upcoming community hangouts with our staff and clients.

if you could tell a friend why she should become an owner, what would you say?

Becoming a True40 Studio owner is hard work, but it's the most fulfilling job. If you love pouring into others and building a sense of community, you will LOVE being an owner!
