WHAT TO EXPECT
True40 is a 60-minute* class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our instructors are trained to tailor each class to meet your specific needs. Please arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out our new client forms and to meet your instructor! We recommend wearing workout clothes that you can bend and stretch in. Sticky socks are required, and available for purchase in the studio boutique. We suggest bringing a water bottle with you. If you forget, no sweat! We have water bottles available for purchase and provide complimentary hand towels.
*For those on the go, we offer a 50-minute express class during your lunch hour.
MEET THE OWNER
Meet Kaitlyn Bentley, CEO of the True40 brand.
Kaitlyn began her True40 journey in 2016 as the manager of the Cahaba Heights location. She left a promising career in Corporate America, with the hopes of becoming an entrepreneur. She then opened the first True40 franchise in downtown Birmingham. In 2021 she began serving as the Master Trainer for all instructors, and now owns the True40 brand and franchise. Her passion lies in cultivating a community where people are welcomed and empowered, and she does this through True40 and her other wellness business, the Wellness Passport.
Kaitlyn and her studios have been featured in several print features and interviews, and she has spoken at conferences and events. Fitness lover, business woman, and mom to two littles, Kaitlyn is passionate about wellness in all areas, not just fitness. She hopes to see you at the studio soon!
