We are so happy to announce our newest studio location that will open this year – True40 Studio Gardendale! The Gardendale location will feature our signature supportive community and bright and light aesthetic. It is such an honor to bring this franchise to such a wonderful community.

Meet the True40 Studio Gardendale Owners

Sophia and Taylor are already tight knit business owners in North Jefferson County, and are excited to embark on this journey together.

It was during her postpartum period when Taylor first experienced the True40 method—a time when her body was seeking both strength and gentleness. In the studio, she discovered what many in our community find—this isn’t just a workout, it’s a transformative path aligned with her core values of community, empowerment, and whole-person wellbeing.

When she’s not in the studio, Taylor embraces life’s joyful moments alongside her husband, cheering on their children, everywhere from the baseball field to the ballet stage. You might also find her sharing adventures with Sophia on family vacations, or out on the pickleball court—always celebrating movement and connection in every aspect of life. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or you’ve been part of the True40 fam for years, Taylor’s goal is to make you feel right at home.

Sophia’s True40 journey began when best friend and now business partner Taylor invited her to experience a class—one session was all it took for Sophia to discover the peaceful sanctuary she needed amidst life’s beautiful chaos.

Together with Taylor, Sophia is creating something special as co-owner of True40 Gardendale. While the two friends each run their own separate businesses , their shared passion for intentional movement brought them together in this uplifting studio space. Known for their infectious laughter and goofy rapport, this dynamic duo brings both fun and purpose to every class.

 Sophia embraces life’s adventures with her husband Joel and their two energetic toddlers, Cooper and Cameron. Free time finds her toes in the sand at her beloved beach, working out to her favorite playlists, serving up loaded teas and nutrition,creating magical moments with her boys, or embarking on spontaneous adventures with Taylor.

Sophia’s compassionate guidance and love for good music will create classes that feel both grounding and joyful. She  promises to offer a space where everyone feels welcome, movements are intentional, and the experience leaves you feeling inspired.
