Our classes welcome all ages, fitness levels, and life stages. From beginners and seasoned exercisers to pregnancy, postpartum, and injury recovery, True40 provides a supportive space where you can challenge yourself, celebrate movement, and build strength that carries into everyday life.

The True40 method is a low-impact strength workout that combines barre, Pilates, yoga, cardio, and functional resistance training into one balanced class experience.
Classes range from 45 to 60 minutes and offer both optional modifications and optional challenges, allowing you to move in a way that is true to your body. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have years of experience, you can customize each class to meet your needs.
Our programming intentionally blends strength training, cardio conditioning, and mobility work so you can build endurance, improve flexibility, and develop total-body strength without the high-impact stress often associated with traditional workouts.
Because our method is adaptable, it is also a safe and effective option for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, injury recovery, and those returning to exercise after time away.
Each class is thoughtfully designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and leave the studio feeling energized and empowered.
If you’re trying True40 for the first time, you can expect a welcoming environment, supportive instructors, and a workout that challenges you while still allowing you to move at your own pace.
Every Fusion Class is designed to provide a balanced combination of cardio, strength training, mobility work, and recovery. Throughout class, your instructor will offer modifications and optional challenges so you can customize the workout to fit your body and fitness level.
Getting ready for your first True40 Fusion Class is simple. We provide all of the equipment you’ll need, and our team is here to help you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.

One of the things that makes the True40 Method unique is that it truly is designed for all fitness levels.
Our clients range from high school students to adults in their 70s and beyond. While the majority of our members are women, we welcome anyone looking for a supportive, full-body workout experience.
Because every exercise includes modifications and optional challenges, True40 can meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey, returning to exercise after time away, training consistently, or looking for a new challenge, you’ll find options that work for your body.
The True40 Method is also a popular choice for clients who are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, or seeking a low-impact alternative to traditional gym workouts. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications that help you move safely while still feeling challenged.
Whether you’re looking to improve overall fitness, support your wellness goals, increase strength, or simply find a workout community you enjoy being part of, the True40 Fusion Class is designed to grow with you through every season of life.
At True40, we believe fitness should be both effective and sustainable. That’s why our method combines strength training, cardio, mobility work, and recovery into one balanced workout experience.
Unlike workouts that focus on a single training style, the True40 Fusion Class helps improve multiple areas of fitness at once. Through a combination of resistance training, barre-inspired movements, Pilates-based core work, and yoga-inspired recovery, you’ll build strength while supporting overall movement quality and long-term wellness.
Some of the benefits clients experience through consistent participation in True40 classes include:
Every class begins with a dynamic warm-up designed to safely prepare your body for movement while elevating your heart rate and activating key muscle groups.
Throughout class, we focus on building strength from the body’s foundation: the core. By combining small controlled movements, isometric holds, larger range-of-motion exercises, and functional resistance training, we help strengthen muscles while improving coordination and mobility.
We finish every class with a yoga-inspired recovery sequence that encourages flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness, helping you find balance physically and mentally.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more energized, and more connected to your body.
